In an effort to meet the world’s growing energy needs, the global community is increasingly turning to renewable energy sources. One such energy source that is gaining popularity and attracting attention is wood chips. Woodchips, which are small to medium-sized pieces of wood, offer significant potential as an environmentally friendly, renewable energy source and could play a vital role in achieving global trekking goals.
Wood chips are small pieces of wood that result from the chipping or shredding of logs, branches, and other wood materials. They are typically produced as a byproduct of lumber processing or forest management activities. Wood chips vary in size, shape, and composition, and they can be sourced from various types of wood, including both hardwood and softwood species.
